To whom it may concern Phil Pascoe built our pool for us in November/December 2020 We were exceedingly pleased with his professionalism, helpfulness dealing with all our questions! Not to mention the end result of our beautiful pool. Nothing was too much for him and his promptness in turning up when he said he would was a refreshing change to us. My husband was extremely impressed with the way he built our pool, as he has been involved in many a pool builds for himself over the years. We would highly recommend him to anyone, including our family and friends, who wish to have a pool build / installed

Hi Caitlyn and Phil, thank you for this opportunity. When we decided to have a swimming pool our first thought was who do we find and trust to supply and install? We had heard about people having bad experiences over the years, both by word and mouth, plus on TV current affair. We noticed one of our neighbours 10 doors down had a pool delivered one day and within a few days it's had disappeared from the front lawn to the back of the house. A couple of weeks later I knocked on the front door and asked if he was happy with the pool and its installation, the answer was Yes. I had a quick look and it looked great. So we contacted Phil for a quotation, he came within a few days and inspected our site. That night a quotation arrived by email and we accepted it. We paid a deposit to start the ball rolling. Phil said he had a few pools to install, so ours would start in around 4-6 weeks. 4 weeks later Phi phoned on a Thursday to say that he would be there the following Monday. Monday arrived and Phil turned up with a truck complete with a backo. The hole for the pool was dug out the same day. He also took away the soil. On Tuesday the pool arrived and was placed into the prepared hole. Wednesday the pool pump and equipment arrived and was installed by Thursday. The pool was gradually being filled up and backfilled to keep the side walls straight. Next Phil installed the R steel work around the top of the pool ready for the concrete to arrive on Friday morning. This was completed that morning and was left to dry overnight. Saturday arrived and Phil carried out a clean up and final inspection.Everything worked out great, both Noeleen and I are very happy with the end result. We have a very good quality swimming pool. Therefore from our experience, Serene pools have done a fantastic job and are great to work with. Regards John and Noeleen.
